Message from the Fire Chief

Welcome to the Maysville Fire Department web page. As Fire Chief of the City of Maysville, it is an honor and a privilege to serve in such a great community. I have the pleasure of working everyday with the finest, bravest and most professional firefighters, EMTs and paramedics in the country. Today we are responsible for structures fire in the city limits of Maysville, but we also are responsible for the ambulance service, which responds county wide.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality fire, rescue and emergency medical services to our customers, the citizens of Maysville and Mason County. This mission is accomplished through the efforts of the professionals who are committed to teamwork, continuous improvement and providing superior customer care.

Our firefighters work day and night in harm's way to make each and everyone in this community safe. All members of the MFD do this with courage, energy and professionalism. I am very proud to be the Fire Chief of such a great group of individuals who serve on the MFD.
