Each Memorial Day weekend, includes Duathlon -- a 2.45 mile run, 22 mile bike, 3.05 mile run; the Triathlon a 0.5 mile swim, 22 mile bike, 3.05 mile run; and the LastingMotion 5K is 3.05 miles.
The course winds it way through downtown Maysville as well as western Mason County producing not only a challenging, but a scenic, course.

First Friday in December in downtown Maysville. Spectacular floats, marching bands and Santa make this event a family favorite. Parade begins at 6 p.m. on East Second Street at Bridge Street. It proceeds west on Second Street, to Wall Street, north to Third Street, and back east to Bridge Street.

Washington Opera Theatre Christmas Play in downtown Maysville. Children can meet Santa Claus, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies, and be entertained by a fun performance.
