The City of Maysville Conference Center

The City of Maysville Conference Center is a sophisticated, full-service banquet and meeting facility located in the heart of Maysville's Downtown Historic District.

Accommodating up to 200 for sit down functions and up to 285 for cocktail parties, The Maysville Conference Center is the perfect setting for functions seeking an intimate venue with an elegant flair.

Located in the former Montgomery Ward Building, the art-deco styled building has been completely renovated to meet the technology requirements of today's business environment, while retaining its elegant atmosphere for lavish wedding receptions.

The Maysville Conference Center offers a full range of menus; from hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to seven course meals. Our staff welcomes the opportunity to create a custom menu and presentation based on your budget and expectations of your event. Sample menus are provided by our recommended caterer.

Maysville Conference Center's Art Deco Building

The Maysville Conference Center is housed in the former Montgomery Ward building in downtown Maysville at 24 East 2nd Street.

Built for retail and mail order giant Montgomery Ward & Company, the Art Deco styled building features “The Spirit of Progress” Ward’s Quality Symbol figure in the center façade arch. One-third of the United States population did business with Montgomery Ward in 1929 through mail order and 500 retail stores.
